摘要:In this lecture, we will talk about the singularity analysis for the mean curvature flow. We first classify the finite time singularities of the flow into two types. Then we will talk about Huisken’s monotonicity formula and its application in the blow-up analysis of the flow. Finally we will talk about some classification results for self-shrinkers, which is the singularity model for Type I singularity due to the monotonicity formula.
